Kristyn DePasquale-Plunkett

Kristyn’s love for softball began at just 8 years old, when she first stepped into the pitcher’s circle. What started as a simple 'love of the game' quickly grew into years of dedication, leading her to play at the highest levels of club ball and by her senior year in High School, she set the New Jersey state record for most wins—a milestone that reflected her commitment to hard work and perseverance.

While DI-DIII colleges across the country recruited her, Kristyn chose to stay local and play for Ramapo College in New Jersey.  During her freshman year,  while already building a clientele as a private instructor, she discovered a real passion for teaching!  Kristyn then found herself making a difficult choice to coach rather than pursue a collegiate playing career.

In 2003, with an associate's degree in Exercise Science from the County College of Morris in Randolph, NJ and a growing group of students, Kristyn launched her own small business, K.D.’s Softball.   Gaining an excellent reputation and growing client enrollment, her business expanded and became Precision Pitching Academy.

As Kristyn's vision grows and her success flourishes, she has introduced Precision Softball Academy,  an experienced and supportive team of skilled female instructors who coach athletes in every aspect of the game: pitching, hitting, catching, and fielding.  

Precision Softball Academy continues to support Kristyn’s original mission: to guide young athletes at every stage, helping them grow in skill and confidence on and off the field.
